How can I pay for my hammock, CD or Guarana?
First of all, placing an order does not mean confirming your purchase. After receiving the order, we send an e-mail containing information such as delivery deadline and total price (including transportation). At this point, your order can still be cancelled without any expenses, in case one desires to do so. The options for billing and type of transportation are made in the form, but, if desired, they can be negociated directly with our management, through e-mail. Each case is a case, and we will be happy to assist you in your needs and wants. At this stage our most popular payment option is a bank deposit (wire-transfer). We are currently setting up credit-card payments and Paypal, soon you will be able to pay directly online.
After I pay, when is the product being shipped?
Inmediately after we get the notification of payment. If the Post Office is closed, we'll ship it the next working day.
Cancellation, Refund and Warranty
Any order can be cancelled anytime (except after its confirmation), free of expenses.
In case of receiving a product that is damaged or incomplete, the buyer has 8 days to get in touch with usand communicate the problem. After this, the client chooses either the sending of a new product or the total refund of the money.
Can I combine shipping?
Of course you can! If you want to buy more than one product from our shop, ask us to calculate the shipping costs, you will save money!
Rates in Euro?
As the Brazilian currency, the Real, is tighly related to the U$ dolar we have listed all our prices on our website in U$ dolars. Of course you can pay in Euro's, no problem at all! Every week we adapt the Euro/dolar rate according to the international exchance rate.
