We request no payments in advance and will not charge your creditcard. Your credit card is ONLY required to guarantee your booking. It is used to guarantee your booking to the hotel. Your information is strictly confidential. We do not debit your card, unless you fail to arrive and have not cancelled your booking. You pay your stay at the hotel by all accepted means. In most cases cash, cheques and credit card payments will be accepted. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRES; some hotels accept Diners Club, JCB and other local cards. If you don't have a credit card please contact the hotel after you have made a booking (details are given in the confirmation message). With many of the hotels you can make another arrangement, depending on your expected arrival time and length of stay. Canceling your reservation is very easy; by using the cancelation link given in the confirmation e-mail of your booking. To change your booking, cancel the booking first and make a new booking on our website. We follow the standard cancellation policy of the hotels. If you fail to arrive and you have not cancelled your booking before the cancellation time given on the hotel information page you pay for cancellation. For the larger majority of the hotels it is possible to cancel a reservation without costs until 24 hours before the date of arrival. |
